Hi All,
Greetings for the day!!!

Today we will discuss how to allow / turn on the name pronunciation for the users.
What is Name Pronunciation?
- The name pronunciation feature in Microsoft 365 lets users record an audio file. This audio file shows how their name is pronounced.
- Users can help their colleagues in learning how to pronounce their name. They can do this by adding a recording of their name to their Microsoft 365 profile card.
- This setting is turned off by default.
When name pronunciation is enabled in an organization
- Users can optionally add and manage pronunciations in the profile card in Teams and Outlook.
- This feature is available both in desktop and on the web.
- Name pronunciations appears by users’ names on the profile card in Teams.
- Pronunciations are only displayed internally within the organization.
- In multi-tenant organizations, users in all tenants can access the pronunciations provided by users in any other tenant.
- Pronunciations are visible on profile cards to anyone who has an account in the organization, including guest accounts.
When name pronunciation is disabled in an organization
- When an admin toggles name pronunciation off, the deletion process begins.
- All pronunciation data created by users starts to be deleted.
- Deleting name pronunciation data can take up to 30 days.
- If we turn pronunciation back on within that period, previous recordings will be brought back. These recordings existed prior to the delete signal.
