Today sharing new feature update related to Viva Engage.

Feature Update: Microsoft Viva Engage: Copilot adoption community now available to all tenants

Details

• The Copilot adoption community in Microsoft Viva Engage is now available to all customer tenants without requiring a Copilot license. 
• The Copilot adoption community provides support for organizations. It assists with the rollout and adoption of Copilot. This is achieved by offering a platform for questions, best practices, and peer support.
• Before, this community template was only available to networks with at least one Copilot license. 

What is the Microsoft Viva Engage adoption community for M365 Copilot?

• Since GA in August 2024, this community has helped organizations facilitate the rollout and adoption of Copilot.
• It enables employees
  • To ask questions.
  • They can share best practices and
  • Learn from curated content.
  • Peer support is provided
• all in one place.

• When we click on “Learn more” button from “Deploying Copilot in your network?” dialog, we will be redirected to – Microsoft 365 copilot adoption page – https://engage.cloud.microsoft/main/org/knowledgejunction1.onmicrosoft.com/admin/m365-copilot-adoption

• By clicking on “Launch early adopters” button we can create new “Copilot adoption community“
