National Unity Day – Rashtriya Ekta Diwas – Birthday of Iron Man of India
Yesterday we remembered – Father of Indian Nuclear Programme – Dr. Homi Jehangir Bhabha.
Take to the path of dharma – the path of truth and justice. Don’t misuse your valour. Remain united. March forward in all humility, but fully awake to the situation you face, demanding your rights and firmness.
Today another great day for us – National Unity Day, 145th birth anniversary of our great leader Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel . Again I am not sharing here all the details, just want to remember the great day and great man 🙂
National Unity Day was introduced by the Government of India, prime minister Shri Narendra Modi, in 2014 with the aim of celebrating this event every year on 31st October.
My only desire is that India should be a good producer and no one should be hungry, shedding tears for food in the country.
This years theme is not declared by government but last year theme is “Bring the Nation Together, United in Times of Strife and Rising Extremism“
Every Indian should now forget that he is a Rajput, a Sikh or a Jat. He must remember that he is an Indian and he has every right in his country but with certain duties.
Statue of Unity is a world famous, 182 mtr high statue of Sardar Patel. It is the highest statue in the world, Inaugurated by prime minister Shri Narendra Modi on 31 October 2018. This statue was designed by prominent Indian sculptor Ram V Sutar.
We also call Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel – Iron Man of India.
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel also known to be a one of the founding father of the Indian Republic.
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is first Home Minister and Deputy Prime Minister of India.
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel played very important role in keeping India united after independence.
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel one of the most successful lawyer in the country.
Faith is of no evil in absence of strength. Faith and strength, both are essential to accomplish any great work.
