From the site create new list
As shown in above figure, please select “+New >> List“
As we go for creating new list, “Create a list” dialog will appear as shown in below fig

We will create a list from existing template which Microsoft provides OOB
We will select “Playlist” OOB Microsoft template as shown in below fig

As we select “Playlist” template we will have “Playlist” dialogue as shown in below fig
On “Playlist” dialogue just click on “Use template” button

As we use “Playlist” template, we will have new dialogue for our list details
Please specify – Name and Description for the list
Here, we are specifying following details
Name – Videos
Description – My videos list
As details specified, please click on “Create” button as shown in below fig

As we click on “Create” button from “Create list” dialogue as shown in above fig, our list will be created successfully as shown in below fig
As our list created successfully, we are ready to add new videos to our library
Click on “+ Add new item” from the list as shown in below fig

As we click on “+ Add new item“, “Pick files” dialogue will appear as shown in below fig

Select the Videos and add to the list as shown in below fig
For demo purpose, selected two videos

Once we done with adding initial Videos, we are ready to add “SharePoint List” webpart as shown in below fig
Navigate to the page where we need to add “SharePoint List” webpart
Edit the page and add “SharePoint List” webpart
From webpart tool box search for “List” as shown in below fig
From search result click on “List” webpart

Select the our list – “Videos” in “List” webpart

As we notice in “List“, default view for our “Videos” list is “Playlist” as shown in below fig

As we are done with editing “List” webpart , “Publish” the page
After “Publishing” page our “List” webpart looks like as in below fig
We can preview / play the video on the page itself
