Today, I am sharing new feature related to the Agent Inventory page in Power Platform admin center.

New Feature: The agent inventory page for the Power Platform admin center is now available for Public Preview

What is the agent inventory page in Power Platform admin center?

• Agent inventory page allows administrators to effortlessly discover, search, filter, and sort the entire inventory of agents by
  • owner,
  • creation date,
  • environment
  • environment type
  • region, and
  • other key attributes, streamlining common administrative tasks.

View tenant-wide, agent inventory – how to navigate to agent inventory page

• Navigate to Power Platform admin center
• We can navigate Power Platform admin center
  • Either using direct URL – https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/home
  • OR from Microsoft 365 admin center

• As we navigate to Power Platform admin center, we are on the Home page of Power Platform admin center as shown in image below

• Be sure that New admin center is selected in the title bar, as shown in image above
• Next, from the left navigation pane, select “Manage“

• In the Manage pane, select Copilot Studio as shown in figure above
• The Copilot Studio page appears, listing custom agents that were created by makers within your tenant.

Benefits of Agent inventory page for the administrators

• Prevent orphaned agents: Identify agents owned by departing users to proactively transfer ownership and maintain continuity.
• Enforce compliance standards: Easily detect agents created in nonapproved regions, ensuring adherence to organizational compliance policies.

Note / Prerequisites for agent inventory page:

• The agent inventory page requires tenant-level analytics to be enabled
• This page can only be accessed by tenant administrators
