M365 : Fluid Framework – Public preview is available

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL 🙂 Today with Fluid Framework 🙂
Hi All,
Fluid Framework public preview is available and all the users those have enterprise level license they can enjoy the Fluid Framework. Today we will discuss shortly basics of Fluid Framework.
This preview will allow us to create, share and edit fluid framework files. In this article we will discuss very basic / introductory details to start. In next coming articles we will keep discussing and explore more in depth.
What is Fluid Framework :
- Microsoft describes Fluid Framework as “Web-based platform and componentized document model for shared, interactive experiences” – that will enhance user collaboration across apps
- Fluid Framework is in place to have developers to implement more shared and interactive services and apps on the web
- Fluid Framework will be integrated into apps like Word, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint etc.
Some of the Features of Fluid Framework which we know today 🙂 Many more to come 🙂 :
- Enables co-authoring in Office applications
- Inking on documents by multiple users
- Artificial Intelligence is used to simultaneous translation of texts into nine different languages
- Multi person co-authoring
How can I start using Public Preview of Fluid Framework:
- Login to https://fluidpreview.office.net
- You will be redirected to https://fluidpreview.office.net/unauth as

- We need to login with our Office 365 account, once we logged in successfully we will redirect to home page of Fluid Framework as

- On home page / welcome page of Fluid Framework, there were two links
- Start collaborating button – When we click on this button, it allows us to create new Fluid Framework file
- Learn more about collaborating link – This link redirect us to support page – Get Started with Fluid Framework Preview
Lets have some hands on :
- Create a new file – From welcome page of Fluid Framework, click on “Start collaborating” button, it will ask for new file name as

- Fluid Framework allows us to save file either in One Drive or in SharePoint Sites as

- Here, currently I am saving in my One Drive as

- Once we created new file, we will be redirected to empty page of file as

- If we click on “+” icon, we have various options like “Mention”, “Action Items”, “Table”, “Date and so on as

- Here we will discuss “Action Items”
- Action Items – Table having Tasks, Assignee, Due Date, Notes and status as
