Details

There are two ways to get SharePoint site id / details

1. Using SharePoint site URL
2. Using Search

Graph Explorer – Using SharePoint site URL

• In query box we need to put site url in the form of – “https://graph.microsoft.com/<version>/sites/<site url of which we need to get the ID / details>” as

https://graph.microsoft.com/<Graph api version>/sites/<site url of which we need to get the ID / details>


https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites/knowledgejunction1.sharepoint.com/sites/demo

Graph Explorer – Using Search

• In query box we need use search to get the details for given site

https://graph.microsoft.com/<Graph api version/sites?search=<site name for which we need ID / Details>

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites?search=demo

• Only thing is search result will return all the matching site details as shown in above fig
