Hi All,

Greetings for the day 🙂 LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL 🙂

Today, again new feature 🙂 Good opportunity to implement in our organization / company or suggest to customers

Feature : SharePoint Hub to Hub association

Details :

  • This feature will allow us to associate one hub site to another hub site
  • This feature will allow us to expand our search result across multiple hub sites
  • SharePoint administrator can associate one hub to another from SharePoint admin center
  • Hub to hub site associations create a network of hubs that roll-up to each other to create connections

Steps to associate hub to hub :

  • Select the hub site which we need to associate with another hub and select the hub settings – “Edit hub site settings” as

  • On click of “Edit hub site settings“, “Hub site settings” right pane will open where we can associate another hub site under label – “Parent hub association” as shown in below fig

  • Parent hub association” drop-down will list all the hub sites, from where we can select hub site which we need to be associated

  • Once we associated parent hub site, on parent site hub setting we could see list of associated hub sites as

  • If we click on link “View hubs associated to this hub” link we will see all associated hub sites in right pane as

Timelines for this feature :

  • Targeted release : will begin rolling out in mid-September and be complete by late September
  • Standard release : will begin rolling out in mid-October and by complete by late October
