What is aptitude in corporate world ?
Aptitude is the a natural ability to do something. While hiring most of the companies take some rounds among that First round is of Aptitude round , Second is Technical , Third is HR . some companies combine second and third round but for campus interview we have clear first aptitude round . So Lets see in detail about aptitude in this BLOG.
Most of Aptitude is held online . The applicant receive the mail about the aptitude round containing the Date and Time ,Test Link, One Time Password .
How aptitude test takes place?
Open the link provided on your mail id accept their condition and give permission for camera and they will ask to set up new password .Then generate the password that you want and then your image will scan . After that start your online test
Aptitude test pattern is as follows
section I – Reasoning Ability -15 Question -30 minutes section II – Technical Ability -10 Question -30 minutes section III -Verbal Ability -20 Question -25 minutes section IV -Numerical Puzzle Ability -4 Question -15 minutes Total test Duration is 100 minutes

Is their any negative marking system ? No their is negative marking system .so do attempt all question.
Can I fail in aptitude ? A candidate cannot fail , because it is not about pass or fail . Spending long time on one question can get low score . so candidate needs to answer the question with their best ability.
Are aptitude tests hard? For most candidate it becomes difficult to cover it in given time limit . because to read it ,analyses it , solve it , and then to correct option .
