Major Update – Microsoft 365 – Microsoft Bookings Mobile Apps will not be available on Google Play store and Apple App Store from December 1, 2022

Today new major update from Microsoft. Today’s update is for Microsoft Bookings Mobile App.

Major Update : Microsoft Bookings App – From December 1, 2022 Microsoft Bookings Mobile Apps now will not be available on Google Play store and Apple App store

Details

• Currently Microsoft Bookings is available on the
  • Web – https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage
  • As a Teams app
  • Mobile App on Google play store
  • Mobile App on Apple App store

• Microsoft is retiring the Mobile Apps for Android and IOS on December 1, 2022
• This means after December 1, 2022 – microsoft Bookings app no longer will be available to download from Google play store and Apple App store
• This also means anybody who is searching for the Bookings App will not be able to find or install the Apps.

What will happen with existing users who uses already uses Bookings mobile app

• Any existing user (who already has the App installed), will be able to continue to use the App
• But then existing users will not receive any support or updates for existing users

For users who want to use Bookings on their mobile, they need to use web version in their mobile browser.
