Microsoft 365 admin center - Usage reports - OneDrive usage reports - exporting One Drive site details - choosing the columns which requires in CSV file

Greetings for the day!!!
Use Case / Background
In one of the scenario, we need to loop through all the OneDrive sites and check few points like all Site Collection Administrators to respective OneDrive site
So we need all the OneDrive sites available in our tenant to get Site Collection Administrators
Take away from this article
In this article we got to know how to get all One Drive site details in CSV file from Microsoft 365 admin center.
Permissions required to get all One Drive sites details in CSV file
Permissions required to export all One Drive site URLs from Microsoft 365 admin center
User who exports all One Drive site details must have following one of the role
Global Administrator
SharePoint Administrator
Details
Navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center
Navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center either through office 365 portal or from direct URL – https://admin.microsoft.com/
Once we are on Microsoft 365 admin center, we could navigate to “Report” section to go to “Usage” reports as shown in below fig

Click on “Show all” to navigate to “Reports” section as

Click on “Usage” under “Reports“, we will be navigating to “reportsUsage” blade as

From left blade click on “OneDrive” , we will redirected to “OneDriveSiteUsage” blade

Scroll down bit, to export OneDrive site details

We have an option to “Choose columns” which we want to CSV file

Click on “Export” to export the result – all One Drive site details tp CSV file

Here please note that the output
Site URL are IDs rather actual URL
Owner Display Names are in IDs rather actual Name
Owner Principal Name are in IDs rather actual Principal Name
Are the above values are in IDs because – Information is concealed for privacy, how to change settings – we will discuss in next article
