Today new update regarding Microsoft Exchange Online

Update : New feature “View Another Mailbox” is released in new Exchange admin center (EAC)

Details

The new “View Another Mailbox” feature for the new Exchange admin center (EAC) lets us to see and manage all mailboxes that we have permissions for from the new EAC.

To view another mailbox, follow below detailed steps

• Navigate to “Exchange admin center” – https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/

• Once we navigated to new Exchange admin center, click on our photo at right top corner as in below image

• To view other user mailbox – click on “View another mailbox” link, pop up “View site using another mailbox” will appear as

• Click on any mail from the list, user of which we need to see the mail box
• If you have large no of users, you can search the mail box as well using either display name or email as shown in above figure
• Here I am selecting user – Prasham1 Sabadra (prasham1@knowledgejunction.onmicrosoft.com), we will be redirecting to account of user Prasham1 Sabadra – another user page (https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/?anotheruser=ac650a5f-cf73-4581-abb1-5851eaaf31ab#/ ) as in below figure
