Today new feature related to Microsoft Teams manage apps.

New Feature: Export the list of Managed apps to CSV file from Microsoft Teams admin center

Details:

• Navigate to Microsoft Teams admin center.
• We can navigate Microsoft Teams admin center
  • Either through direct Link – https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
  • OR from Microsoft 365 admin center
  • We have detailed article – how to navigate to Teams admin center. • As we navigate to “Microsoft Teams admin center“, from left pane we will expand “Teams apps” section

• Expand the “Teams apps” section

• Click on “Manage apps” link
• We will be redirected to “Manage apps” page – https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/manage-apps

• On “Manage app” page, at right hand side, we have an Excel file icon

• Click on “Excel” icon – “Export to CSV“
• We will have manage apps CSV file will be downloaded

• CSV file looks like

• The data in CSV file includes
  • displayed columns and the details like
    • app name,
    • publisher,
    • permissions,
    • app status,
    • app version,
    • number of requests,
    • and availability status
