Small Tips and Tricks – Microsoft 365 – How to check available licenses in our Tenant

Today again new small tip 🙂
Tip – How to know / check available licenses in our Microsoft 365 admin center
Steps / Details :
- Navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center either through office 365 portal or from direct URL – https://admin.microsoft.com/
- From office portal – navigate to URL – https://portal.office.com
- From office portal, navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center – click on “Admin” icon at the bottom from left pane as shown in above fig
- We will be navigated to “Microsoft 365 admin center” as
- From left pane, expand the “Billing” section and click on “Licenses” link
- We will be redirected / navigated to “licenses” – https://admin.microsoft.com/licenses page as shown in below fig
- From “licenses” page we will get the details like
- List of licenses we have along with
- Name of license
- Available license count
- From available license, assigned license
- Account type
- We could also “Export” the above licenses list in CSV format as in below fig, in CSV file we get extra details like – “Expired Licenses“
