Today new feature update related to OneDrive

New Feature – OneDrive: Sharing Experience – Share Menu Dropdown

Details

• Share button in Microsoft OneDrive is updated to provide easy access to additional sharing options.
• When we select Share in OneDrive for Business on Web, we will see a contextual menu with all choices available to you for sharing files or folders with your teammates.
• This contextual menu will contain following options
  • Email link / Send link / Share link – Email the file link directly to a one or more recipients.
  • Copy link – Copy a link to share with recipients directly
  • Manage access – View and manage who has access to your files or documents

Action as a admin we need to take –

• We need to update users in our organization regarding this feature
• In case if we have any help / documentation / training material – we need to update those
