Exploring Microsoft Entra – How to download all applications list from Microsoft Entra admin center

Today new learning – related to Microsoft Entra ID applications. How to download all applications from Microsoft Entra admin center

Detailed Steps :

• Navigate to Microsoft Entra admin center – https://entra.microsoft.com/#home

• As we navigate to Microsoft Entra admin center we will be on home page as

• From the left pane click on “Applications“, Applications drop-down will be expanded as shown in below fig

• From two links – click on “App registrations“, we will be redirected to “App registrations” page as https://entra.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_RegisteredApps/ApplicationsListBlade/quickStartType~/null/sourceType/Microsoft_AAD_IAM

• Below the page title, we will see various links like – “+ New registrations“, “Endpoints“, “Troubleshooting“, “Refresh“, “Download” and so on
• To get downloaded all list click on “Download” link – “Download app registrations” right pane will open as shown in below figure

• From “Download app registrations” right pane set the below values
  • App list selection – All applications or Owned applications
  • Give the file name – here I am giving name – “AppRegistrationList”

• Click on “Download” button as in above fig and make sure downloaded completed

• By default it gets downloaded in “Downloads” folder as

• Open the file it will show all the respective columns for all Apps as

• Currently we could download only 999 apps. In next article will discuss how to download all the apps using Graph APIs
