Microsoft 365 – Microsoft Forms – New streamlined and modernized experience

Today exploring new features related to Microsoft Forms.

NEW FEATURE : Microsoft Forms: Try the new streamlined and modernized experience in Forms to create your next form

Details:

• Microsoft Forms is updating the end-to-end experience with a new appearance for the
  • portal page,
  • form creation,
  • and response analysis. 
• Users can toggle between upgraded templates as they create their form.
• Then, they can view insights and suggested actions when the responses come in.
• Employees who use Microsoft Forms will get the new UI experience.

Explore templates from the portal page

• As we could see in above image – templates are organized into four categories – Feedback, Registration, Research, and Quiz.
• When we click on any template or enter the design page, we will see various templates.
• They are shown in the image below.

• We can browse and switch between different types/topics and quickly find the perfect fit for our needs.

Customize style and layout

• In the right-hand pane, from the Style button, we can select a style from our suggestions or personalize our own.
• Additionally, we can choose the layout for the cover page of your invitation.

New distribution interface

• The new distribution interface allows us to adjust permission settings and send through URL, QR code, Outlook, or Teams.
• We can also engage with Copilot to help rewrite your distribution message.

Result page

• The results page has also has a new design.
• The results page has been completely revamped with a sleek, modern design.
• We can now quickly analyze responses with charts and graphs, making the data easier to interpret for more effective analysis.
