Microsoft Teams – New feature ability to appear offline as new presence status

Details :

• Microsoft is adding ability for Teams users to appear as offline
• This change is associated with Roadmap ID 68727 as

• Currently following are the presence status are available:

• After this new feature will be rolled out following presence statuses will be available:

• This change won’t affect to Teams. Only thing is users could set this status so that other users will be got to know the respective status
•  Any action needs to take admins: No action needs to take. Only need to communicate with the users or need to update the documentation if any
• Roll-out duration: Microsoft will start rolling out this feature by mid-October and will finalize the roll out end of October
