Azure : I passed- Exam AZ-700 : Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions – Study Material

one day when I have cleared one of my Azure certification (AZ-104 : Microsoft Azure Administrator ), my friend suggested to clear the exam AZ-700 : Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions for one good requirement. So I start planning for that.

Certification Overview

Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700) is an associate-level exam that validates the skills and expertise of working with Azure networking, security, and infrastructure access controls in Azure Cloud.

The exam aims to validate that we understand how to manage and implement hybrid networking, core networking infrastructure, routing, monitoring, and secure service access to protect data and applications in the cloud and hybrid environments as part of end-to-end security enablement.

Exam Preparation

When we are planning for this exam, there are a lots of topic needs to be covered. We can say it covers almost everything comes in the circle of networking. The Microsoft documentation here described all the topics comes under this exam. As per MS documentation following skills are measure.

Along with all above , I have gone through many Microsoft documents as per the topic like Azure Front Door, Azure WAN, Network Watcher etc.

Exam Day

When we are scheduled he exam location as our Home or Office, we need to be extra care full as everything needs to be proper like , the desk, the machine, networking earphone etc.

we need to be online and do the system testing in before hand to avoid last moment hustle. When I was appearing for the exam, I got 100 minutes for 52 question. I got 2 case study in my exam and rest are objective types and multiswarm choice field. Now a day, there are many sites , which provides sample questions to practice for the exam.

The structure of the exam can vary and range between:

  • Case study with multiple questions including two choices and drag-and-drop items.
  • Single-choice questions which may not be skipped or reviewed. You only get to answer these questions ONCE.
  • Single-choice questions (True/False or Yes/No)
  • Multiple-choice questions
