Microsoft Purview – Microsoft Purview is a suite of data governance, risk, and compliance solutions that can help our organization to govern, protect, and manage our entire data estate

Steps to activate the trials

• Navigate to Microsoft Purview compliance portal
• We could navigate to Microsoft Purview compliance portal through direct URL – https://compliance.microsoft.com/homepage or through Microsoft 365 admin center

• From left menu click on “Trials”
• We will be navigated to – “trialHorizontalHub” page / blade – https://compliance.microsoft.com/trialHorizontalHub

• If you notice in above image we have trial option for – Compliance assessments and Microsoft Purview solutions
• If “Try now” option is available then once clicked directly get started as here in case of “Compliance assessments“
• If “Try now” option is not available then check “Trail prerequisites” as here in case of “Microsoft Purview solutions”
• If we scroll page bit we have trail available for Microsoft defender (Security Trail) as

• Here, we have security trails as shown in above fig
