Since I got an opportunity to speak on Microsoft Viva in Microsoft 365 Chicago virtual event in last week I started exploring Microsoft Viva and this is second article. Few articles are lined up 🙂

• Microsoft Viva empowers peoples / employees / teams of organization to perform their best from virtually anywhere
• It helps to improve productivity, supporting people’s wellbeing
• Microsoft Viva is an employee experience platform, helping you create an environment that puts people first, to drive better business result
• It helps to fulfills Glints PEOPLE SUCCESS PILLARS
• Microsoft Viva is based on Microsoft 365
• We will experience / use Microsoft Viva through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint modern pages, SharePoint search pages, office applications – how? we will discuss these in upcoming Microsoft Viva articles

How to start with Microsoft Viva :

• Start with any module as per your organization need
• Viva Learning and Viva Insights modules are already enabled by default (though there is setting for disabling Viva Learning from Microsoft 365 admin center)

• Viva connection need to enabled from Microsoft Teams admin center

Setting up Microsoft Viva from Microsoft 365 admin center :

• Navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center – https://admin.microsoft.com/
• Navigate to Setup

• From right side pane we will navigate to – Microsoft Viva as

• Please navigate to two links shown
  • Accelerate skilling and growth with ‎Viva Learning‎ 
  • Inform, engage, and empower with ‎Viva Connections‎
• From the above links we could navigate to respective setup guides
